Raining in Langley now.  Doesn't look to good for a few days.  The river will get a bit of a rest.  Good luck to those who do venture out.
Rain here on the Vedder now too.

just checked the water level at vedder crossing, 2.7m :( and the weather report for chilliwack sounds about as ugly :( :(
guess it's going to be awhile before it comes inshape. time to do more projects around the house.

Yes it has rained very hard all day and is mild too. Rain and snow melt means floods. ::)

Looks like you can alll give it a week or two's rest now. She's gonna blow out pretty good if the forecast is right .

Took a drive to the top end this morning, doesn't look good for the next few days unless it gets cold. At least the rain has stopped and the sun is making an appearance, very few anglers out.

Sure it's nice today but the rain's due to resume tomorrow and then for the rest of the week , so it's not going to shape up any time soon .

Visibility this afternoon in the Lower around 8 inches, very high of course. No rain during the daylight hours but is raining again at the present time.

At the river levels site , just have the gragh re-drawn to back to Jan 1 upto present . Then you get the idea of the level trend and where it was at New Years when the level was good . It'll be awhile .

Upper river was very fishable this morning but very high, mid river borderline but doable if you took the time to drive out. I am fortunate to live close. The rain started up again as i left the river so who knows.

Another 80 mm of rain forecast for today , so take that into consideration before ya head out . Water is still over 2.5 meters at veddar this morning which is pretty high and then should rise lots if the forecast is correct .

Is Chilliwack raining hard now? Will be nice to get a report in morning to see if worthwhile for a try later the day.
Did not rain very much overnight but it looks like it coming now when I look to the  West.
