Chucked out Roe, Jensen Eggs, some spinners...... NOOOOOO luck at all.

Same here, I tried about 9 differend baits and nothing.
Didn't see any fish hooked. All I saw was a tomato colored coho sitting infront of me.
Between the 5 of us nothing.  >:(

Got to keep trying as you never know when the float is going to go down with our first steelhead of the season. That is what keeps us going back time after time isn't it? A chap I know caught his first ever yesterday. :o ;D

Tomorrow will be my turn, I hope. ;D

That is exactly it!!! I'm actually sitting here debating if i should head out again today.lo

Once again I drew a blank today and saw none taken. Water conditions were excellent again and it was a nice day to be out with wildlife to observe and the usual couple of dollars of tins to pay for coffee during a break on the trip. ;D

Getting closer to another chance as I always tell Lew you are after your cast one cast closer to your next steelhead.  ;D ;D A fish of a thousand cast give ot take a few.

Muahahaha I now know where Chris Gadson fishes!!! lol
In all seriousness I found that dog 3 days ago... 4 guys pretty much walked right over it without noticing, only reason I saw it was because I pretty much tripped on it.
Pretty sad, all the more reason to keep your pooch on a leash.

You are getting your wish today here in Chilliwack, snow on the ground with snow falling. A steelhead looking day as snow, cold weather and steelhead fishing go hand in hand.

There was a sign at Lickman Rd about someone looking for a lost dog.

Just a thought, if the dog matches the description on the poster maybe someone should leave a message for that person.  Being a pet owner, it would put my mind at rest, and yes I would go back to retrieve the dogs remains if it was my dog.
