Seriously? Why would anyone give up all this information to a first time poster. You're best off posting a bit about yourself in the "Personal Profile" thread, and maybe making a few other posts, and reading a few other threads before you start asking for secrets. You can't expect anyone to give up their knowledge, spots they have worked to find, etc. just because you an anonymous person wants to know.

And really with a little research you would be able to use "Southeastern BC" and Westslope cutthroats to find out the general area or rivers that they were fishing. Here Let Me Google That For You

azafai, westslope cutthroat trout are found in a pretty specific region of British Columbia, the Kootenays region. The video you saw was filmed in one of the tributaries of the Elk River system, where many enjoy visiting in the summer months. That is probably as specific as I can get because if you ever visit it, you will find that this type of fishing is widely available over there. Secondly as you can see, the spots where those fish were caught are no more than 10 feet wide, so it'd be silly to point out where exactly it is. That being said, a bit of research both on and off the internet will lead you to the same fishing results. Good luck.

And some want life to be REALLY easy, have to save those finger muscles as they have to last a life time.  ;D  But then having some one hold your hand is nice, I am just sort of choosy about who's I hold.  ;D ;D

Idaho is king to Westslopes.  When going to college, I had several 100+ days on dry's with the big fish being 22+ inches.

hi there,
obviously the essence of a discussion forum is sharing information and discussing them.
most of us are here to learn not to show off or being very selective.
And there are enough decent friendly people here around who actually enjoy sharing their experiences and knowledge unconditionally to those interested in the subject.
I am sure their number will outnumber in this forum too.
Cheers.

Nothing wrong with asking questions.

One of the more comical posts I've seen though :)

Have a Merry Bent Rod.

Can't tell if that is some kind of festive salutation, or good natured curse. ;D
