Nine out of ten bull trout landed from the Fraser below New Westminster come from Pitt River, with about 5% originating from each of the Chilliwack and Ryan Rivers.

Cool info.  So these Bull trout are headed to the upper pitt river for spawning?  So do they follow the salmon up there then and spawn in the early to late fall?

Cutthroat Trout, Rainbow Trout and Bull trout. From the end of September the largest run of all wild coho in British Columbia returns to the upper Pitt. As many as 15-20 thousand coho will be in the system with over 7,000 Bull trout.

7000 Bull Trout!!!  With that many I might even be able to catch one 

I would imagine if the Stave and Coquitlam rivers were not dammed they would have similar numbers.

Ryan River is near Pemberton on the way to Lillooet  .  Seen it never fished it.  There is a Hydro project in the works up there.

Ryan River I believe flows into Lillooet Lake

Incorrect. The Ryan River flows into the upper Lillooet River north of Pemberton above Lillooet Lake.
