As Hook mentioned, the hatchery is a behind this year due to staff shortage (just bad timing right now). The previous manager just retired and a new one just took over, so once things get going it should be much more smoothly.
In the meantime, the lack of stockings shouldn't stop people from going fishing. We were looking around Como Lake yesterday to soak up the ray and a school of rainbow trout went from the middle of the lake to the dock where we were at before moving out again. There are fish, just not as many (IMO, lakes are more fun when they are not choked with stocked fish anyway) so you will have some success.
