Mill Lake, April 11th 2010
« on: April 11, 2010, 08:37:25 PM »

It was a bit breezzy today but still productive none the less.

I had two this afternoon that I had a heck of a time trying to get into the net. One hit like a beast and peeled off so strong I was almost in shock. Too bad that one snapped me off but I was lucky enough to bring a few to net.

in the first pic, it kinda looks like that trout has no fins on one side.  Nice fish either way though

It's common for brood stock to have one or more fins clipped for identification. They really don't need to swim far.
