I purchased a manual tidal license this year because the online licensing system was down at the time as I was heading out.  At the time, the Canadian tire said they were out of salmon stamps, so I didn't get one when I bought my license.  I'm headed out in not too long and I want to buy a salmon stamp, but as far as I can tell, my paper license number is not recognized by the online system... seriously?(!)  Just to confirm, I have to drive to a retailer and buy a physical paper stamp this year, right?
