I got my 2 today in 2 hours. My first cast I got one but lost it on the shore. It was really slow and guys had to work for them. Most guys were there longer than me some as long as 4 hours and had only one fish desperately trying to get their second. Guess I was lucky?

Went to Peg Leg mid afternoon and landed two in about an hour. Schools were coming through now and then; in between it was quite. The channel is now low enough to drive across so the fishers are spread out a bit more. A very pleasant afternoon, other than having my rod trip broken on the first sockeye; caught the second one with 2/3rds of the rod. Oh well, need to find a replacement.

I went to peg yesterday and got my 2 sockeye, was also lucky enough to get a 15 pound red spring. Even cars are driving across now, its a gong show!

I was there for almost 5 hours, and it seemed to be my lucky day for a change. A lot of guys were having trouble filling their sockeye limits, seemed to have slowed from previous days.

I was there last night and it didn't look too bad.

I wasn't looking that closely but other than the odd messy firepit, it looked ok.
