Funny enough his intentions aren't to snag salmon, that I know of. I have met him on the beach and rivers before, I believe he has suffered a stroke and he walks with a bad limp (from the stroke). This clearly affects his fishing. Maybe if you informed him that what he was doing might be seen as a controversial tactic he would have explained to you it that it wasn't his intention to snag fish, maybe then you would find it unnecessary to upload this pointless video. I don't understand why you would post this video in the first place, fishing must be slow for you.
