it was very fishable in mid river and up river. didn't really fish below crossing but it looked good too. Vis was at least 2 feet mid river.
windy in the mid section for sure and upper at times
sun was a bonus

Fished all day the upper and mid river.
Slab, Ranger, Borden had excellent visibility of 3+ feet.
Mid river around Allison had nice green water of 2~3 feet viz.
Tamahi Pool and lower was gray at 1~2 feet.
Took a peak at Peach Road in the afternoon and it was around 1 feet and gray.
Very windy in the lower river.

With the exception of the strong winds, it was a very pleasant day to be out.

Don't know about today but yesterday clarity was excellent above the claybanks but a little murky below. Definitely fishable.

Water clarity remains excellent, around 2ft with the sun shining. Heavy rain expected this weekend so difficult to say how long it will remain this way.

River was in great shape yesterday, saw several very nice fish cought by gear guys. I was chucking flys no fish for me yet.

Most of the rain has been light today but who knows what happens during the next 8 hours.
