As said earlier, by all means provide the authorities with the info of the offending individual.
A hefty fine and some publicity could help the river immensely.

Damn straight good work!!  I know that site; Chris, Glen and I were going to look at it tomorrow to guage the difficulty for a cleanup on the 16th.  Thanks for your efforts- I know it wasn't easy...

good on ya for cleaning up that skids garbage. I fished across from that mess last week and was disgusted by it. I wouldve loaded a bunch of it up and dropped it off on her front lawn!

It was a lot of work glad to hear everyone apreciated it.
I fished after cleaning up that mess and managed to land a fish, wild released.
It was either luck or the fish gods hooked me up?
When I got to the( bait bags)? Full diapers? I said I couldn't do it but I did.
Heya fin I wanted to dump it on her lawn too but how we know it wasn't her landlord or boyfriend who did it?

How bout a scan of the perpetrator's phone bill and name if ya got it ?  Maybe they could use a few calls and publicity .
