Well I have a tonne of pics to post... will probably take up a whole page but here we go:

First of all, Rodney Chris said you were wanting some sockeye pics?

1 of 13 hooked on a  SHORT FLOATED PRAWN in 1 1/2 hrs

And a spring... all these fish were caught clean up day just before I left for Oregon.

Caught by Taylor on a roefly 10 mins into the day! Made him a believer lol

Some Oregon pics:

Common sight

Not weary at all

First day testing new crayfish pattern on stubborn trout (Fall river supposedly one of the hardest rivers to fish in Oregon)

And another

Lost some larger ones as well... one well over 24 inches in length and an estimated 5 pnds. They really liked pumpkinheads too:

Some lakes I fished...

Hosmer lake.

Has Land locked Atlantic's up to 5+ pnds and large Brook trout. The crayfish pattern was working well until I snapped it off on a 5+ Atl.
Still managed a few:

And last but not least Craine Prairie Reservoir:

Only caught this resulting in a short trip and no fish caught:

And now for some island pics:

First beach pink of the year... around 6-7 pnds although hard to tell from this pic (they are huge this year!)

Buddies fish lets me be camera man and get a decent shot of a nice little bullet

Beach dollies were slamming my pattern like crazy with 5+ hookups a day right at your feet:

As said before pinks were big and chrome:

The beach was spotty and we found out why once we headed into the river.
We got into 15+ pinks each the one night we fished this river... this was a common sight in the pools:

And last but not least, THIS is how you know you have fly fished too much the past 2 weeks:

Hope you enjoyed all of them pics at once.
Cheers,
Dan

NO, no thats how you can tell you have been fishing the salt chuck. I get those cuts after 1 day in the salt. Time to invest in stripping gloves.

Hey man! Get me those pictures!  ;D
Gotta get out and do that again. I'm still out there and fishing was even better last year!
Would be fun to get ya into a spring off the beach too.

James I've fished the salt LOTS on the island and have NEVER gotten those cuts before.
The day I got them they were bleeding pretty good too, that pic is taken 3 days later LOL  ::)
