The Hemostat Knots Demonstration Video...
« on: February 07, 2011, 09:48:19 AM »

I thought I'd share a short, knot tying demonstration/video that might be useful for some of you. The hemostat knots in my video are variations of two knots (triple surgeon and clinch knots) that are commonly used for fly fishing and angling in general.

I was shown these knots while I was fly fishing on the River Dee in North Wales a few years ago and demonstrate them at my seminars. This technique is a very practical and useful solution for times when your fingers are frozen and numb or for people who suffer from poor vision, finger dexterity or arthritis...

Hope this is of help for some of you...

For me, the quality of a trout is not measured in pounds and inches, but rather by the journey and circumstances that allowed our paths to cross...
