Non Tidal Portion of Fraser River
« on: April 28, 2011, 12:03:08 PM »

I have been looking everywhere (most likely in all the wrong places) for information on when the non-tidal portion of the Fraser River will be opening for the retention of salmon. Can anyone shed some light on this issue for me?

That sure is. I find it strange since the stocks have been going WAY down. Once they get above 216th they are too colored up anyways. I've caught some nice cleans ones in the lower portions when fly fishing for coho.

Yes, but of course, that could change before October, so keep your eye out for mid-season updates.
