Olive wooly buggers used to work well for me.

Check the water level before you go.  If it stays low then fishing will be difficult.

in low water use traditional lightly dressed flys, and heavier dressed in heavier flow. Some good patterns are, rolled muddler, blue charm, General practitioner, Egg sucking leach. and simple egg fly patterns.

A fly that I have always had success at the cap during mid to late summer is the gold bead sparkle olive woolly bugger tied on a size 10-14. Another fly that I like is a sparse pink and white polar bear streamer with some flashabou.  I tie these on small streamer hookers.  I like to fish at first light in the pools using a type 3-6 full sinking line.  The RIO multi-tip is a good line system to go with if you are looking for something with some versatility.  Be careful if you are fishing off the rocks in the cable pool area.
