Going Barbless
« on: September 29, 2011, 08:14:48 AM »

I was fishing the cap first light this morning and the river has come way down, so much so that fishing was unproductive, but collecting freshly exposed lures was worth it.  I was blown away that out of the 8 rigs I pulled out of the rocks and low hanging trees EVERY SINGLE ONE was still barbed, including the one treble!  I'm I missing something?  The cap is single barbless right?

Definitely.  That's just crazy.  My last trip to cap canyon (not very long ago) I didn't find any barbed hooks, just lots of beer cans and guys fishing with roe!
