how to fish wool for coho

how would u fish wool in a small river with a small current and what colors would be best for coho, ive been trying spoons and spinners but noo action and they have been jumping every where.. ive notice on the ground theres lots of bits of wool and ive heard of ppl fishing with wool in  this small river but the current is small soo how would u fish the wool ?

try a small piece of piece of peach wool the size of your pinkie nail with a dot of orange, works the best if you tie it on a vise to get it in a good egg shape.

Definitely, otherwise you stand a good chance of snagging these fish. I find that fishing small water usually means smaller presentations as well. Also make sure that you adjust the size of your hook to the smaller wool presentation.

Down size your float also...go stealth.

Try using a jensen egg along with a tiny piece of wool. If you can find some roe or bait that would be even better.

There's unscented jensen eggs suitable for streams with bait bans.

also goey bobs work prety good for coho with a tiny tuff of white wool

Fake single eggs tied into a cluster, I use four, work well. Use google images to learn.  And all the advice given previously is worth trying as well.
