I'm going to tie 3 betties to a threeway swivel and just fire that directly into the current. No rod nothin'

They should bite that right? Maybe I should use different color betties..

I hoped he had a canine conservation surcharge on his licence.

He didnt drag the dog up onto the bank and over-handle him before releasing him did he? that would be just plain ignorance given the catch and release mortalities for dogs

The C.O.s never showed up lucky for him. Refresh my memory but its 2 SPCA dogs and no wilddogs at all right? I dont have the regs near me. Or is it just C&R for for em?
So did he catch any fish other than the lab ?

No fish there all day

I think next time there is a sockeye opening at peg leg I'll stand about 70 feet away from the edge of the water and bottom bounce for humans. There's no retention limit as far as I know.

As long as I can use a 20ft dip net I'm down.

Heard they're going to put more gravel bars in the Lower Fraser as part of the government's Green Initiative to cut down gas emissions. Lower Mainland residents don't have to drive all the way to the valley to bottom bounce for sockeyes. And speaking of sockeyes, the daily limit will be increased to 4

Definite yes, not only that you can use up to 3 trebles on the line. Easier to hook the fish.

Even though Humans are closed to retention I am still going to take some for food and ceremonial purposes ;)My ancestors were cannibals and I do not want to forfeit this in in heirant right.

Hard to dispute tradition ::). Europeans have always resorted to eating their own at times. Franks hot sauce was developed for that "hot arm" snack long before the banal hot wing thing.
