The problem with a food truck is the location.
You cant just park it at Tamahi on the side of the road.
They will shut you down just like the last guy.

Roadside vending is not allowed anywhere and unless you can find a private place to park then your sol.
Like they say,location is everything.

Used to be someone at Chehalis too but they ran them outta town too.

that is true .
but you need to get the proper permits and liscensing . which is definetly possible .

it is a hassle , because each municipality has different permits and rules , so a person needs to be aware or they will be unable to operate .

for instance , to operate in surrey , I would need one permit and a health inspection

to operate in chilliwack I would need another permit and another health inspection

getting inspections and permits is time comsuming , but cheap .
