Electrical Engineering Technologist - Senior Designer at a local (not-so-small-anymore) engineering firm in Richmond. A big focus in Oil Sands work and tailings pumping systems is the company's strong suit.

I quit my job on August 31 2010 and bought my fishing license on September 1 2010 and started Sockeye fishing on the Fraser river. Met many nice people who taught me how to fish and I am now a FULL TIME FISHERMAN (RECREATIONAL ONLY). Fish only a good days, avoiding inclement weather.Life is good!

High school Physics teacher - I take great pride in my role in helping to create guys like Dion and Sterling (engineers).

Entrepenuer and new father! ;D I too, advise the Leafs from time to time but Chris typically handles that. He has been doing a great job!

I am a motel manager.
I work 28 days straight and get 28 days off.
Lots of time for fishing as my wife kicks me out of the house after a few days. ;D

I guess I have a little different career. I'm a wine importer / distributor / consultant

My company imports wines (and craft beer) from all over the world and brings it into the Canadian market. I get to sell and teach people about great wines and travel with it a bit. This thread is timely because I have been meaning to let everyone know that if anyone ever needs any advice or has any questions about wine, beer or scotch, I'm your guy!

'Tis the season for buying wine, beer and scotch, so if you guys are wondering which ones are good value for the price, i can help.

On another note, I had the crappiest salmon season to date (only three years into it), and I must say I am not above bribing those who feel like mentoring a relatively new angler with wine! I can offer my knowledge of beer.wine and spirits for your knowledge of all things fishing!
