Living Rivers
« on: November 25, 2011, 01:12:39 AM »

Please see in the attachment below a letter to Premier Clark seeking her support for on going funding for "Living Rivers"  The funding for this program expires in 2012. As many of you know "Living Rivers" plays a vital role in preservation and enhancement of both tidal and non tidal fish stocks.  Loss of this program would severely impact these stocks.

It is our understanding that  a high level meeting with the Premier will take place  Dec 5th which could significantly influence decisions.  At this point it's not looking positive for continued funding.  It's imperative that ALL concerned groups and individuals express their concerns to Premier Clark via letter and e mail ASAP

finding your limits is fun, it can also be VERY painful.

If you care about Canada's future, get involved by holding your MLA's & MP's accountable!! don't just be sheep!!
