Fish in general are much tougher than we think. How many fish you & I have caught in the past with bad seal bites and still aggressive enough to go for our lure/bait? Nice fish and thanks for posting.

Nice fish. Some people have sticks up their backends, appears you did what you could and I am sure it will be fine.

Sturgeon are pretty hardy fish, I haven't seen the video personally so I don't know what exactly happend. But sturgeon can be out of water for a very long time and can swim off after a lot of stress and still recover. Nice fish Brian! Hopefully it wasn't too bad. Good luck to everyone this season and I wish you all a Merry Christmas.

Cheers

do you need an environmental assessment of you lead contaminated property? I can have it done for you !

really , you think that steelhead lived ?
after many years of tagging both types of fish I'm pretty sure what will live and what wont.

if you don't want razzing don't post pics of wild fish bleeding to death.

prove how much blood came from that fish! He said his dad cut his finger MR EXPERT ::) If thats the case then ban fishing period! I have released more then one fish in my day that was bleeding but hey if you stab something with a sharp pointy thing  do you not have a 50/50 chance of drawing blood?
