The fight in that thing was unreal.
Had it in my hands 4 times before I got a pic, just kept kicking loose. Surprised I even got a pic... hook wasn't hanging on by much at the end of things.
Thought it was a steelhead at first after we had hit 3 others in the run, but when we got it to hand it clearly wasn't.
Every fin had a white tip, definitely not in the summer run or winter run shape (was a big time football) and the colouring just wasn't right.
Was a hatchery but let her live to swim another day.
