I don't want to get in the middle of it but you should dunk your bare hands in the water before you handle a fish, as far as rocks go it doesn't matter if they're wet or dry, always bad.

x2. Wet your hands, try to keep the fish in the water as long as possible, snap the shot quickly, send it back on it's way. Never bring it on the rocks. Take a look at every days shot, that's how it's done.

Every Day's fish looks like it's technically touching rocks too by how much of the body is out of water but it's probably barely touching.  I'd give Every Day 98% perfect release and Hugo 80% perfect release.  Some more fish in the water and Hugo is there.

Except the fish shouldn't be pointed downstream like that as it will suffocate the fish.
