Sea-Run's SMOKED SALMON RECIPE:

1.) Prepare your salmon into fillets
2.) 2 cups of brown sugar and 2 cups of demerara sugar
3.) 3/4 cup of pickling salt
4.) Evenly layer the following ingredients over the fillets and let sit overnight in the fridge
5.) Scrape off the excess
6.) With a BBQ brush, lighty dust the fillet with maple syrup
7.) Sprinkle desired amount of pepper over the fillets, (the more the better)
8.) Let the fish sit in the fridge for another 12 hours
9.) Place your bradley smoker on low temperature for 4 hours
10.) ENJOY!
