Thank you from Japan
« on: March 09, 2012, 11:09:57 PM »

March 11 is the first anniversary of the tragic tsunami if Japan 2011. In case you haven't seen this video, it sure warms the heart to see it. It reaffirms our faith in the human race.

Nice vid !

Ya can read a good web article from USA TODAY from contributor Chie Matsumoto" Japanese ,US , volunteers help communities rebuild"

Within that article is some boat builder from all places Maine ( east USA state) who built 10 or 20 ? fish boats & which were donated to Japanese fishermen who had their boats destroyed.
Yes they even had a Yamaha outboard..
( do not think they would want a E Tec   ;D)

Lots of footage taken during the tsunami  & one had some guys kinda taking their time to get to safety & the guy who is on top of a strong building is saying things like: " Why are they not running faster? What idiots ! Run faster. Why are they so slow. Idiots. What idiots "

Guess  from his high view he could see the water charging in quickly while the guys on the ground never imagined such a force was nearly upon them.
