Cabin rental on Fraser or Harrison
« on: March 22, 2012, 09:45:56 PM »

Anyone know of a place I can rent that would be good for my Dad and I this summer?  On the river,  boat access.  Wanna fish 4 or 5 days, but don't want to launch every day, it'd be nice to have a place on the river to keep the boat and have a camp fire.

Harrison Bay store has several small cabins for rent. Not sure how they rent them though,  by the week, month or day . I visit the campsite quite a bit and it can be busy during the summer and fall and quite loud at night.

Nice access to the Harrison and Fraser river though.

If you guys have a boat why not just camp on one of the gravel bars of the fraser?
Summer time would be perfect time for bar fishing and your lines would be wet nearly the whole time.

The cost of a hotel or cabin 150-200 night.  Three nights = 600 bucks.  I could buy  an ez up, Coleman stove, cooler, couple of lawn chairs,  tent etc.  maybe camping is better.

Sure would be nice to have a little cabin.
