Released last year? Well those ones wont return until 2015 so what does that have to do with this year or next?

Actually the fish released last year would have been 2009 brood and will return in 2012. The 2010 brood which were released the spring of 2012 and will return in 2013. You have to remember that most coho are 3 year old fish which spent 1 1/2 yeras in fresh water and 1 1/2 years in the ocean.

http://www.bchydro.com/energy_in_bc/projects/ruskin_dam_powerhouse_upgrade.html

If I'm reading that link right, the whole upper east side is essentially going to be closed to vehicle access during the upgrade. Looks it could be quite a trek if anyone wants to get to that side of the river.

On top of the No Parking for most of the West side, and fencing put in around the new parking lot at the top of that road just before the dam,
The road over the Ruskin dam is closed, The Ruskin recreation area and parking lot is closed for construction as is the road from there down to Keystone rd for parking.
2012 to 2018
