I would consider a trade for a nice pin reel or the right baitcaster. i got enough rods but you never know.. lemme see what you got

Great rod...still up in the air about stripping it down and re-doing the hardware, hate the sliding rings especially when you have custom reels attached! Great for steelhead and coho but not chum or chinook.

i have this rod and questioned the real seat when i got it. i assure you that i have no worries having used it a bunch about my real falling off. i have also landed fish up to the high teens, just dont be an iron man and rip it in.

Guy at berrys told me loomis warranty has changed and spmething like you may have to pay up to 100 for warranty. Anyone heard this?

the way the new warranty works is if there's something wrong with the rod and it's their fault, you pay 75 bucks. if it's your own fault, say you jam it in the door, you pay 125 and you get a brand new rod, no questions asked. so if you're hard on your gear, you can, in essence, break the rod on purpose, pay the 125, and you'll get a brand new rod.

It's $25, not $75 actually
