I can't seem to get much luck. There's a huge hole between community street and Wilson rd. I can see huge amounts of fish circling in the hole. probably 8-6ft deep. Jumpers, rollers but no biters. Tried spinners and tried floating roe at a super slow drift.  No one else is having luck there.

Guess I should try another spot.

BLAH!

That area is below the train bridge - right?  We checked it out weeks ago and saw the hole before the fish started coming in.  Another method is flyfishing, cast and retrieve.  There used to be a similar hole at Peach Road back in 2003 and the fly fishing was phenomenal.

Anyway, I imagine there must be lots of fish there now.  The train bridge is also holding many fish, and MORE fishermen!!!  However, there seemed to be pretty nice people in there, although there was allot of TOWing going on (right Chris?).  Lots of foul hooked fish there today, but they were released.  It's like KWB pt.2...    ;)

Yeah it's below the train bridge. I think i'll try a smaller spinner size. im throwing 4's out there and I've been using flouro 8lb but maybe ill drop down to 6lb.

It's bitter sweet.. I wont be able to fish for the next 6 days, but I guess I wont worry too much cuz I'll be in vegas. Hoping for rain while I'm gone.
