anybody been fishing the dewdney slew??

I was thinking about taking the boat to the slew..and trolling!!
Try to get away from the beaks on the vedder!
Then after awhile trying for some of those big great whites!!

I think this is a later run. Last year I started fishing it around middle of November.

no water in the slough. we need rain it is a later run of fish on the northside or the fraser

Thats an understatement!! there was asbolutely no water in the slough near deroche!!!

I couldnt believe it when I drove by it. I was like WOW!! Never have I ever seen it like that. Thankfully that run is later as their are a few tributaries going into that system that get coho.

not what I wanted to hear....but thanks folks!! So..off to the fraser/vedder...then back towards mission for some deno's

Hey Green Horn, you can fish the Fraser right now with many methods for Coho, well in a few days anyhow(after it opens), the vis is so good trolling the Fraser is a real option this year.
