FO's wear green and beige, CO's wear blue.

Do FO or CO hand out the plastic tube for sending in a fish / fish's head/tail, etc? I was out in the mid-section two weeks ago and there was a female and male officer checking on gear. I had a nice long chat about the river history and things I remember from 12-15 years ago ... yet somehow I do not remember if she/he was wearing a blue or green uniform!!!  ::)

Glad to hear "they" are out there checking and hopefully more often than none!

There's the salmon head recovery program...you can get the bags for the heads at most tackle shops...not sure about a tube or any program where the angler submits the tail though...

There are tubes use for broodstock collection however, managed by the hatcheries? Perhaps that's what you mean
