Just killing it ED! Dan are you seeing a lot of fish with the skin cysts this year (can't remember the name?) I saw an abnormally large amount this year when I was there in September.

I haven't noticed it too much. What I have noticed is when they do have it, they have it bad (not 5 or 6 bumps like normal, some this year have just been covered!).

Out of over 80 fish between Kitty and I so far, I'd say only 2 or 3 had it. This was one of them:


For those who don't know what we are talking about, they appear to be cysts just under the skin. To be honest I forget what it's called too. Not a big deal if you're eating them, just doesn't look nice.

We'll if you take a look at the mouth you will see a black mouth with bright white gums at the base of the teeth.

It seemed that I saw more than normal but might of just been luck. Did see it in all three areas I fished however which is why I asked. Keep sending the porn as I can't get back to fish the island until around March, I'm super jealous!

I don't know how much this hatchery doe weighed but it was 27 inches long.
