If i want to get a inflatable boat for lake fishing for aound 200-300$, where can i get it. Do you guys purchase online or in local fishing store.

For something that you're going to sit on in a big body of water, I'd recommend you to purchase it from your local store.

not many tackle store carry them, i found some that are 13x$ online, but the shipping is 17x$....

I would recomemd the fish hunter 4person the 3 person is a little tight with 2 people, slap a motor on and your set. Ive even cut out floor boards from ply wood and applied a protective coating to make the base more sturdy to stand when pulling crab traps or casting.

Are you kidding me? 200-300 bucks for a new inflatable boat?
Like, a real inflatable boat with a floor, seats, transom and oars?
Only unsafe and disposable junk can be had at that price point. You don't even want to go there, trust me. Spend at least twice that much and get yourself something worthwhile that will last you many years and keep you safe on the water.

Many of us have bought Aquamarine boats and we couldn't be happier.

They are located in Richmond, so you can pick the boat up yourself and avoid shipping expenses. Customer service is top-notch and the quality of the boats - especially the new generation - is excellent.

If your just fishing small to medium sized lakes a "inexpensive" inflatable is fine. One with a double inflatable hull is good for safety purposes. Speaking from experience they don't sink as air gets trapped in them. The heavy gauge inflatables can blow wide open on the seams if you over inflate them easier than the vinyl ones.

I wasn't referring to just tackle stores, but just any stores where you can go in and actually see and touch the boats. You're not just buying something that can float, more importantly you are buying comfort and safety.

I would say craigslist. I got a 5 person avon for 350$.  It's in great shape came with everything needed. 

There are quite a few on good ol craigslist. people buy it, use it twice and sell it for half.
and then go there with cash and start negotiating.

All I can say is do not cheap out on something like this. Your plan is to sit out in the water that is deeper than your height. You don't want it sinking while you're in the middle of a body of water.
Swimming to shore with your pfd on wont be fun
