try small black/red or olive micro leeches either trolled with dry line/ long leader or a slow sink or cast stripped with slow sink.

if you want to anchor up and chironie fish then use size 12/14 black body, red rib with a white or copper bead. I usually fish these only about 4' down from the indicator.

I also have a custom green with white bead that works great there but you wont find it at a store. I also never fish stripped or trolled flies there because i rather sit and get some bobber watching practice lol

you may see me out there in a little white wooden boat, come by and say Hi

Olive dubbing leech in 10 and 12 with brass or orange glass head
But really for stocker trout anything green brown olive black and red small and fuzzy will work

I usually hit Lafarge a few times before the Interior lakes start icing off. Its a nie break away from the Vedder steely fishing as well, meaning its nice to catch fish on the fly after all the no fish days LoL  ;)

We usually always go on sundays because parking is free

Did i mention i also love watching the "bobber" get plunged  ;D

For flies go look at first light fishing tackle most of his flies were tied by a local guy not someone in china and are exactly what you are looking for.
