In all honesty though, I was pulling for the Leafs.  Up by two, I can't remember who it was, but he could have skated it to centre and taken a shot at the empty but chipped it deep instead.

Should have went for the dagger.  Live and learn young Leafs.

The leafs were behind in the series but they fought hard to get it to a game 7.
Just could not believe the big lead the Leafs got & with only 11 minutes surely it was curtains for the Bruins.
Seemed the Leaf players also thought they won the game & they kinda just went into a defensive mode. Skated backwards instead of playing offensively.
Next thing ya know it was 4-4.
In OT the Leafs had two really great scoring chances but the goalie made the saves.
The first chance was a slap shot that was labeled. That save kicked out the Leafs.
Have to top my hat off to the Leaf team as they battled the Bruins right to the end.
Really thought the series be over in 5 or max 6 games.

Let's trade the Canucks for the TO team ( keep Luongo though )
Nevertheless when a game is 4-1 with 11 minutes to go there is no way a team should lose.
Leafs stopped skating.

It was, statistically, the most epic 3rd period meltdown/blown lead in NHL history.

Good to see the Leafs push it that far though.  The more Canadian teams making noise the better, I say.

What will be interesting to see is if the Leafs can build on this. 

Even the first round (as well all know) is EXTREMELY hard to get past.  This league is full of parity.  It is not easy to keep improving. 

Just making the playoffs is a dogfight.  The Canucks were 5 points from missing the playoffs, the Leafs, 6.

The Canucks had just two more wins than Columbus, who missed the playoffs.  The Leafs had just two more wins than Winnipeg, who also missed out.

With re-alignment, its going to be tougher.

Well the Leafs did do a zillion x better than the Rangers did. Rangers out in 5 games.
We will see a great series between the Pens & Bruins. What Jäger playing against the Pens in this 2013 play off series !!! Who in a right mind could ever predict that ?
Pens D better be like pillars infront of the net because the 3 Bruin forwards will be charging the net & slapping away at the puck & looking for rebounds.
Something like 3 bowling balls heading for pins ( net ).

Game 6 in Detroit should be fantastic.
Red Wing win & the Blackhawks are history.
If not then game 7 will be in Chicago.
Ya just know the Wings will pulling out all the stops & going full out for the W.
Ya know the Blackhawks will do the same as their backs are to the wall.
(99% think the series is now 3-2 for the Wings as it stands now)
