Hi there CJ and welcome to Rod's and yep, know exactly how you're feeling as I took a tumble on the bottom part of the trail we were on yesterday. Slipped on a rock and boom, down onto the trail I went. Have a very nice bump on the side of my butt 24 hours later.
You'd ah thot I would'a learned how to hike the Cap trails by now, lol.

fortunately I was able to fish from my talgate this morning as walking is a bit painfull. Got a small (compared to a recent pic) dolly and saw a heron catch a foot long and very fat sucker fish, it just stood there and looked at us now what the hell do I do ??? finally it droped it on the mud and pecked at it a few times and walked away in disgust  :P I went and put the now ventilated fish in the water, and it swam away like nothing had happend  8)
