Ruin of the river
« on: June 23, 2013, 05:40:47 AM »

Past time to reign in theses buffoons? They already get ridiculous rates and they're getting the same kid glove treatment as the feedlots ;)...... My solution? If you can't do it the right way, - FINE the crap out of them for a start, if they still fail to do what they need to, simply revoke the license.

A prime example, of why so many of us are so concerned that too many government bodies donot look after the environment or committ enough funds to monitor such projects as they say they will do.

This is why it is so important we have many people that bring these issue to the public and unfortunately they receive personal criticism from others for doing so, we see it on this forum time to time, especially on the FF issue.

You've probably seen this Chris, but the feedlot boys probably haven't. ( It wasn't published in fishfarmnonscience)

Rafe is a good read if you want to be Americanized. He should have quoted a Canadian to make his opinion more believable. :)

Rafe Mair served this province very well as an elected MLA, Minister of the Environment for many years, you should take your unfounded stupid statements and shove them up your my friend.

Incomplete ramping monitoring by IPPs? It's like having the suspects collect the fingerprints at the crime scene..... :o

Ever fish the Skagit Fishfarmerbawb? You can thank that scoundrel Rafe Mair for that NOT being flooded for cheap American power. He went to bat to preserve that little stretch of fly fishing heaven, even against the grain of his government. You're obviously uninformed.
