That's a horrible mess, but wait for the feedlot boys to come along and tell us it's just chocolate ice cream. I'd love to see an analysis of that chemical laced glop.

There's a BIG talking point meeting to explain that the chemical filled sewage under the feedlots is good for the eco system! :o
