Some excuses you hear on the river

Hey bud...why you trying to snag fish
answer.....These fish don't bite in the river

Hey bud..why you bottom bouncing? try float fishing
answer....this way you catch more fish!

Hey bud..that coho is wild..let me help you release it.
answer....thats okay.BONK!...its going to die anyway

Hey bud..you cant keep that fish..its a coho
answer....no its a spring...it has spots!

Just some answers i heard this year on the flow. You guys hear any good ones out there?

Me - "Hey bud that's a sockeye you kept!"(in a disdaining tone) as I walk by his fish in plain view

Nimrod - No that's a pink (as he puts it into the cooler)
