Hey guys RAPP number plz

dave c, are you asking for the RAPP number (which is on your licence), or are you requesting for the members to use the RAPP number when they see a violation?

saw two guys today at suicide creek today snagging coho, killing all colored ones and chucking them in the bush. I called them out and they got very aggressive. If they are there tomorrow I want to report but not sure who to call.

This comes up right near the top when googling "Rapp line"

http://www.env.gov.bc.ca/cos/rapp/rapp.html

Has both RAPP and DFO numbers there.

"If you have just witnessed a serious violation, call 1-877-952-7277 (RAPP) or #7277 on the TELUS Mobility Network.

If the situation is not an emergency , report the incident online or contact the nearest Conservation Officer Service district office - see Contacts.

For fisheries violations related to salmon, contact Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) at 1-800-465-4336.

The RAPP hotline should also be used to report wildlife-human interactions where public safety may be at risk."

Hey Dave, I've met you and your dogs there a few times mid week. Are these guys fishing at the run we've been fishing last couple weeks? You shoulda taken a pic or a short video candidly and send it to DFO.

Same thing here, few days ago saw 2 guys snagging through a pod of fish just under the downstream corner of the upper bridge as I was walking down river. Then 2 weeks ago, 2 other guys were fishing on the other side of me on a high bank and sight flossing the pod of coho under them and just throwing them in bushes. Yesterday, a guy snagged 2 chum on a big spoon at the very bottom of the slough and he bonked them. "You know it's illegal to keep snagged fish?" "It's ok, still good for eat."

You say ridiculous, I say typical...

Although why chuck 'em in the bush? So you can grab them later, and if DFO shows up in the mean time you can be like "its not my pile of fish"?
