Lower about mid afternoon, fished all the slack water you can handle with very big and bright presentations, no takers even in a run i saw a riser believe it or not. Havent even seen a fish landed in 6 trips. Lets hope they are in there now just hiding in this nasty water.

Visibility today was max 12" from morning to afternoon in the lower river from Lickman to Bergman stretch. Fishing was very slow all day and did not see anyone hook a fish today.

Water looked fine today around noon but still fairly high, talked to a few anglers but no success.

She has dropped quite a bit. Definitely fishable by tomorrow.

The river was still a little coloured yesterday but it's shaping up nicely.

Fished Wilson to the crossing this morning. About 8 inches to a foot of vis, nice green colour. Water is still a bit high but coming down. No fish for me and I didn't see or hear of any either.

I bet Chris doesn't hook nearly the amount of fish that he used to.  Things are changing.  Look at the numbers of steelhead being weighed in.

Blanked again but saw my first one of the season landed, a nice bright fish, the angler said he lost 2 before getting his hatchery,he told me did not start fishing until 11.

What a lovely spring like day, 11 celsius with the river very crowded of course being a Friday.

At least I now know what they look like. :P

River was in perfect condition on Tuesday. Fished upper and lower. Nada. No signs of fish being caught. Only 1 fish weighed in at Fred's that day.
