knot for joining spectra to mono?

what would be a good knot to use? I normally use the Blood for mono 2 mono but palomar knots seem to be better for braided I think? am new to braided so Im not sure.

Leadbelly, I use back to back nail knots for mono to braided. Nice knots that pull against each other when slid together. Hope this helps :)

try the double uni knot that the one i use for tying mono to braid or two braids together

Double Uni hands down the best connection to use.
Why-because you can tie each side of the knot exactly the size you want it.
I double the Spectra and still the Mono is usually thicker than the Spectra-no prob-so many wraps in the Mono/so many in the Spectra to produce a nice even connection.

I find the double nail works the best. Its low profile and takes about 30 seconds with the nail knot tool.

I prefer uni too. I use mono and fireline together and it never gave up.
