I have been using one of these exact vises. Its a Regal knock off. M&Y sells them for $45 and it will last you many years. I do have a rotary when I need that function I use that one. For trout flies, salmon flies..........this vise is the best bang for the buck. Quick release jaws are so convenient

Hope this link works

One I don't want is very similar, but older and uglier. If you want the free one shoot me an email. I was going to toss it then I figured, meh, I'd rather give it to someone starting out tying, much like it was given to me when I first started tying. I have no problem keeping it if you don't want :)

I have the same vice, very happy with it. the rotary function is a bit awkward but i only really use it when finishing off a fly not so no biggy.
