Hey Rod.  Not bad.  11 Sockeye and 1 Chinook.  That looks like a limit for 3!!!   :)

Second double header of the day last Sunday! First couple double header coho hookups of the year... also had a triple, but no one to take the picture  :P

Also found some beautiful rainbows:

Some sea run dollies:

Some more coho:

O, and even some that we were targeting:

It was a pretty great Sunday  ;D Did I mention we didn't see a single person?  :P  :-X

Dan what is it your using to attach your hooks? Give me the run down on what it is and why your using it. Its interesting and I have a good idea why you would use it just want to know

I attach them using 30 pound dacron braid.
It's just a dacron loop, that gets loop to loop connected to the spoon.

I use it because it allows me to use size 1 hooks and drop them back the distance I want.
At times I'll even use a size 4 hook if I know I'm targeting small fish or have a high probability of catching small fish.

It's resulted in no injuries and/or bleeders in the time I've used it, and has a way better landing % due to the hook not being able to twist out (there is no binding point).

I've been meaning to put a thread together about it, but I just haven't had time. I'll work on it before the salmon season really kicks in.

Cheers,
Dan
