Went out yesterday for a bit to film with Fraser River Discovery Centre and Great River Fishing Adventures. We're trying to put together a short film on Fraser River sturgeon for their theatre in New West, hopefully released on Rivers Day in September.

The river is quite dirty as expected and has been rising fast. Lots of debris coming downstream. We managed to connect with three fish in the first two hours but the rest of the day was a bit slow with a couple of misses.

Here is the centre's director of education Shannon's first ever sturgeon. She was pretty happy with the whole experience as expected.
