Yep. Look at the all alocation of seats to the , um , round table. Mostly(9) jokers. 9 to 5. Good call Bawb. Maybe your waking up. :o

"DFO initially proposed AMAC membership would include 9 seats for “industry and industry aquaculture
associations”—but only 3 for environmental organizations, and2 for regional districts."

What has this to do with the topic, or salmon farming in BC?  Another irrelevant post Chris.
Nope, just shows the problems that are world wide.

Again, irrelevant to BC and Washington state salmon farming practices. Try reading your links before posting them and you will see mostly they aren't applicable to Pacific coast farms, Pacific salmonids, and today's West coast aquaculture practices.  The reasons why salmon farms work here in BC have been posted many times previously but you refuse to accept them.

Carry on, you do keep me awake  :D

Sorry Dave but it is all the same where ever FF are, you will see it that way one day. Now, donot delay your camping trip where you can get some rest and not worry about missing some things here. The rest of the PAPG will be here in full force.  ;D ;D ;D

That is not true.  Many times I have said I believed Atlantic salmon farms have done harm to wild stocks … but only where Atlantic salmon are indigenous.  The issues in Chile were mainly the result of poor regulatory controls and disease prevention protocols.

Nova, if any proof shows Atlantic salmon farms here in BC are harming Pacific salmon, I will gladly renounce my pro farming stance. Hell, I might even congratulate Almo!
