New Boat Seat-Where to Buy?
« on: June 01, 2014, 09:39:03 PM »

Need an extra swivel seat for my boat, doesn't have to be brand new. Any idea where I can find one at a reasonable price? My search on Craigslist hasn't been successful yet...

Try Steveston Marine in Steveston . They have tons of stuff , or Nikka across the street from them , what the heck ! , you could swivel down to the docks and pick up a fresh fish while ur at it  8) . Pajos is good to  ;) make it a trip for the whole family for fathers day  ;D ;D ;D .

Steveston Marine in Kits has a bunch also if you are closer to Van (hit Go Fish at Granville Island instead of Pajos!). A few different types of swivels and seats to choose from. You can get a seat and swivel for around $100 and up if memory serves me correct.

Big Box stores as well.

Canadian Tire has a decent selection.  So does Wholesale Sports.  Skip Walmart.

I've been looking everywhere for the quick release that mounts to the boat that the swivel mounts in. They have a boat seat on sale at princess auto this week for 30$. It's decent I got one as my second seat but can't find a quick release. Steveston had a cheap plastic one for 70$ !?! My dad has he metal one from wholesale sports it's $30 but they've been sold out forever.
