I know i am way late but, I don't get on this site often. I recommend the Sun Valley Trout Park in Mission or the Fraser Valley Trout Hatchery in Abbotsford. Both are great facilities with many willing fish for the fly anglers who know their stuff. I teach fly fishing classes at both facilities so I can assure you they both allow C&R fly fishing. The Fraser Valley hatchery is closed to fishing during the winter, but Sun Valley is open as long it is ice free. As for my endorsement, how is this; a year ago, the first week of January 2014, my friend Andy (yes the bass guy) and three of his friend celebrated Andy's birthday with C&R fly fishing at Sun Valley; and Andy marked a 100 fish day. enough said!

The Fraser Valley Trout Hatchery is not closed in the winter. It doesn't have regular opening hours, but you can phone ahead and book a drop-in session if you wish to fish there.
