In the fraser river it isn't, it is in the salt though.

Why is it they bite in the Harrison but not in the Fraser? Is it water clarity?

They bite in the Vedder as well. So many people speculate as to why. From water clarity, to being in their home rivers, not being a biologist I have no clue but I have caught many on the fly in the Harrison mostly on chartreuse flies. I wish I had time to head to the Harrison to fish for them as they are a blast on a fly rod. Work and kids sports have me too busy.

$15-$20 is what I was hearing at Steveston. Another poster said $10 from FN in Agassiz.

I have herd several different dates thrown around as to when the open window will be for the commercial fisherman.
I herd Monday 18th, Tuesday but mostly sometime next week.

I heard it could have been last Friday, but now I am hearing Monday as well. With that being said you never know.

I am happy got my Socks early from a buddy.

I know of some going to the Chilliwack river but that's about it.

They are out there right now.  Closes at 7:00 tonight.

Was told not much change in the prices until the next opening (if there is one).  By the 4th opening prices might go down to $10 per.

Not at the main docks, main floating docks are usually jacked up by a few dollars per lb

They expect another opening before end of the month to get some of the late run.

Talked to a buddy who is on a boat. He figures next Monday or Tuesday will be the next opening.

I picked up some yesterday from a commercial fisherman.
Very nice fish and fresh.  Worked out to be about $2 a pound.
Didnt even hear about yesterdays  I thought it would be all over the news.
